SmokeDown.org Alerts

SmokeDown used to use an internal email-to-SMS gateway system for sending the SMS messages to a device. Now we favour using the Google Calendar option and configuring Google Calendar with the SMS Alert options.

Enabling SMS Alerts in Google Calendar

To Enable the SMS Alerts feature of the Google Calendar follow these steps.

1. Login to your Google Calendar account.
2. Choose the Settings option from the menu at the upper right.
3. Choose the Mobile Setup tab and complete the supplied form.
